Helpful Insight Private Limited is looking for candidates with expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. IT business analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

The best IT business analysts have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and Executive branches.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent command over the English language, both spoken and writing.
  • Must have experience bidding over the portals like Upwork & Freelancer
  • Capable and comfortable with communication with international clients (written & spoken)
  • Must be comfortable with flexible and fluctuating shift timings according to the business requirements.
  • Must have a basic technical knowledge of Web and smartphone app development.
  • Generating Business for Web, Mobile application, & Software designing & development Services, Virtual Reality Projects, etc.,
  • Can explore and work over the additional and alternative channels of sales.
  • You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.
  • Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
  • Able to Communicate between the Client and the Technical team.
  • Documentation and analyze the required information and data.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.
  • Client communication & bridging the gap.
