The LMS is designed to support four primary roles, admin, tutor, student and parents, each with distinct functionalities.

Integrated billing and invoicing to streamline administrative operations.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Secure, role-specific access to system features, secret login for admin.
Online Sessions & Calendar Management
Scheduling, tracking, and conducting online sessions with integrated calendar features.
Student Performance Evaluation
Tracking and reporting student progress and performance.
Project Challenges
- Gyms faced inefficiencies and inaccuracies using traditional attendance systems, often leading to errors and delays.
- Coordinating trainers for different classes is difficult and time-consuming.
- Product and equipment shortages occurred frequently due to the lack of a centralized inventory tracking system.
Project Solutions
- Integrated facial recognition system for check-ins, reducing errors and boosting security.
- Developed a trainer management dashboard for assigning trainers & setting schedules.
- Built inventory module to track gym merchandise, supplements, and equipment to prevent stockouts.

For the past five years, I've been working with Tarun Vyas and his development team at Helpful Insight. I initially employed Tarun and his team on a small marketing project. It was a WordPress-based website. During that engagement, I was able to see that Tarun and his team had much more advanced capabilities than just working on WordPress. We soon afterwards began working on an enterprise resource planning system that took our clients' orders all the way through delivery. I was really impressed with Tarun's team and their ability to provide high performance sites as well as a cost-effective site. So, for example, with AWS, they were able to design databases as well as utilize the data lake to store data, to work with data in a way that was very cost effective and also performed very well.
