FloorPlan is a hospital rota management system built to take the stress out of staff scheduling. Created specifically for the healthcare sector, it helps hospitals organize shifts, manage availability, and streamline communication between admins and medical staff. Admins can set up hospitals, assign roles, and build out shift schedules, while staff can confirm their availability and get updates in real time. It’s all about making the day-to-day operations of a hospital smoother and more efficient.
