Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
- Create campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, and blogs.
- Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
- Edit content produced by other members of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
- Gather customer feedback on documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communications and working experience in IT Industry as well.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
